Everyone's back story is different; mine started many years ago. The first Christmas after I met my husband, all of the gifts he gave me were clothes. Not just any clothes; they were cute, high quality, the right size, and quite fashionable. Odd, right? So, I figured his sisters helped him out. Well, no, he had no help. You see, my husband's mother was a couture seamstress. He grew up around very high-end fashion. While we were dating, I thought it odd that he was always open to going to the mall with me; always patient and searching through racks with me for the right outfit for whatever the occasion. And years later, he still doesn't pass up a trip to the mall. Fashion is in his DNA.

Now, enough about him. Me? I like nice things. More importantly, I love clothes, I love shoes, I love jewelry, and I'm ok with that! I'm known as the Chief Fashionista around these parts. I believe that when you look good, you feel good.   My fashion bug may have also come from my mother; she too likes nice things. When I opened my first store, going to market gave me such a rush. I could buy a bunch of beautiful clothes, sell them, and buy again!

Meanwhile, there was the bonus of adding a few goodies to my closet! I still get excited thinking about the next market! So much fun! And at every market, my husband is right there with me. 

I never met my mother-in-law; she passed away when my husband was 17. However, once we got together after college, and I learned that he had a passion for fashion, I knew we were destined to do something special in this industry.
